Bank separation – change of conceptions in the United States of America, Great Britain and Germany

Abstract
The article presents the problems of banks separation on commercial and investment. The change of the present dominant in Europe and in the world universal banking system realizes thee goals: solution the problem „too big to fail”, simplify necessity banks liquidation cases and provides financial stability. The article treats three conceptions of the banks reforms. There are: The Volker Rule, Vickers proposals and German Solutions.
