Bankruptcy as a way of consolidation and streamlining of assets and liabilities of non-commercial economic activity subject

Abstract
The essence of the concept and semantic load of the bankruptcy procedure was defined. The features and possibilities of introducing bankruptcy in relation to subjects of non-commercial management were disclosed. The problems of the current state of organizational and legal support for the procedure for bankruptcy of subjects of non-commercial management were identified. It was made the analysis of legal adjusting of the possibility of introducing a bankruptcy procedure in relation to subjects of non-commercial management.
