Journal Title: International Research Journal of Applied and Basic Sciences - Year 2013, Vol 4, Issue 12

Abstract

The present paper attempts to investigate the impact of the factors (managerial, manpower, customer's satisfaction and computer technology) on the attraction of inexpensive resources. The attraction of financial resources is such a critical issue for banks that there has been an increasing competition among them. In this regard and within the last decades, some new opportunities have been provided to attract further bank resources. Therefore such resources must be utilized in a more costefficient and optimal way by examining the dimensions and factors influencing the attraction of them. The required data were gathered through questionnaire. The study statistical community includes all the managers of Kermanshah public banks branches (Melli, Sepah, Maskan, Keshavarzi (Agriculture), Tose'e&Taavon (Development and Cooperation), Saderat (Exports), San'at&Maedan (Industry and Mine). 127 respondents replied to the questionnaire, and by calculating Chronbakh Alpha Coefficient, the questionnaire validity was determined 0.877 using census. The analysis and comparison of the factors influencing low-cost financial resources attraction showed that the degree of utilization of managerial factors, man power, customer's satisfaction and computer technology influences the attraction of resources and there exists a significant correlation between such variables. Among these variables, the managerial factors have the maximum effect on the attraction of financial resources.
