BEHAVIORAL MANIFESTATIONS OF AUTISTICALLY DISORDERED CHILDREN AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO SOCIAL COMMUNICATION AT AJLOUN GOVERNERATE AS PERCEIVED BY THEIR TEACHERS

Abstract

This study aimed at recognizing the behavioral attitudes of the autistic children, and its relationship and social communication in Ajloun from their teachers` point of view. The study community consists of all the teachers of the autistic children totaling (39) teachers in the special teaching centers and associations in Ajloun for the Academic year(2015-2016) All the members of the study were tested in order to get more accurate results accordingly the study community is the study sample. The questionnaire has been used to collect data after undergoing it to connotations of validity and The results of the study showed that there are a negative relationships between the behavioral attitudes of the autistic children and the social communication skills. And they also showed that sex, qualification, and work experience do not make difference. According to the previous results the two researchers recommend holding training courses for the parents and teachers about the importance of using the Behavior Modification strategies for the autistic children and improving their social skills
