Abstract
Bestimmung der Kantenschartigkeit der Holzwerkstoffplatten im Schneideverfahren. Die vorliegende Arbeit bietet die Möglichkeit eines Vergleichs derKantenschartigkeit der Holzwerkstoffplatten im Schneideverfahren in Bezug auf die geschnittenen Meter der Platte mit einem Fräsmesser bis der festgelegte Grenzwert der Ausbruchsflächen auf der Plattenkante Sa [mm²/m] erreicht ist. Die Analysen haben ergeben, dass die untersuchten rohen und beschichteten Spannplatten, unabhängig von der Herkunft (verschiedene Hersteller) eine unterschiedliche Schnittlänge SL [m] je nach der Richtung des Schneidens und je nach der Plattenseite aufweisen. Die dargestellten Beispiele zeigen keinen Zusammenhang zwischen dem Sandgehalt in den Rohplatten und in den Deckschichten (in den untersuchten Bereichen) und der Kantenschartigkeit.
