Abstract
Biological disasters; It occurs with naturally occurring outbreaks, accidental release of a lethal microorganism or deliberate use and insect infestation. In the historical process, many biological diseases caused the epidemic or used as a biological weapon agent and caused millions of people to die. Today, the new type of coronavirus19 is the causative agent of biological disease causing a global epidemic. It emerged in Wuhan, China in the last days of 2019. By affecting the whole world in 2020, it caused millions of people to be affected, hundreds of thousands of lives and economic and psycho-social problems globally.
