BIOTECHNOLOGY RECEIVING JUICE FROM SOURCES OF MELON AND IT’S SAFETY

Abstract

This article describes the advantages of biotechnological methods for obtaining high-quality and useful raw materials in agriculture. Biotechnological methods for extracting fermented juice from melons are considered. The chemical composition of the juice extracted by the biotechnological method was given.
