BLOCKADE OF THE GAZA STRIP

Abstract
The Palestine administration had been set up with Oslo Treaty in the 1994. The Hamas had earned the right to be chosen, during the freely choice result at the year of 2006. Isreal and Western Countries didn’t accept the earning of Hamas’s choice. Consequently, Isreal took a sanction decesion towards Gaza in 2007 when he became strong of Hamas’s potency. The Isreal had announced a carry out of maritime’s blockade in the beginning of 2009 which is the final phase of sanctions. I will study the maritime blockade which is announced towards Gaza and as built by Isreal this studying. I will try to explain the basisly Gaza blockade in terms of international law. Firstly, I will study the historical development process by explaining the Gaza maritime blockade. Secondly, I will study the Gaza blockade in the context of UN Treaty and UNSC decesions. In the third stage, I will study the Gaza Maritime Blockade. My fourth stage will contain the Gaza maritime blockade within blockade doctrine.
