Abstract

电子图章是开发电子公文系统必须实现的技术之一。而电子图章作为一种数字图像,存在着容易被复制和盗用的安全性问题。本文通过将数字水印技术引入电子公文系统,从而解决了电子公文系统中电子图章的安全性问题。
