Budgetary decentralization in Ukraine: results and first results

Abstract
We explored the process of for budget decentralization in Ukraine. The author highlights the main features, advantages and disputable issues in this process and analyzes the factual material. The author concluded that the first positive results budgetary decentralization in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
