Budowanie przewagi strategicznej organizacji poprzez wprowadzenie standardu mediacji

Abstract

A dynamically changing company’s development factors result in seeking new strategic management trends and new competitive advantage factors. One of the crucial tendency of raising the quality of both within the organization relationship and business-to-business cooperation is a strategic approach to the way of resolving conflicts. Innovative solutions in the range of conflict resolutions are an expression of the corporate social responsibility, forming the principles of cooperation on the basis of values, ethics framework and a dialogue in a social space of undertaking functioning. The article points out trends of development of methods and strategies of resolving conflicts and reacting to crisis situation in the company, including main sources of forming a competitive advantage of enterprises. Based on market needs, stakeholders’ values and increasing employees expectations – it runs an analysis of a managerial attitude of modern corporations and its consequences for company position on the market. The conclusions drawn from personal observations and results of choosing certain crisis management make mediation one of the most effective and innovative conflict solving strategies. The implementation of mediation standard enables the connection of firm development strategic objectives and an idea of cooperate social responsibility realization. Considering the mediation implementation as means of dialogue – the company creates a chance to achieve a permanent agreement and building a competitive advantage on the basis of human resources potential, engaging the stakeholders and employees in highly advanced process of cooperation based on trust and co-responsibility.
