Abstract
Remarks on the issue of public order clause in Polish arbitration The aim of this article is to analyze the issue of the public order clause in arbitration. The author of this paper makes an attempt to capture the essence and the meaning of the said clause in the Polish legal system, as well as to define public order on the basis of case law. The article also focuses on the issue of the fundamental principles which constitute the substantial public policy. Finally, the author poses a question of the nature of the court's review of the arbitration award under public order clause.
