BÜRO YÖNETİMİ VE YÖNETİCİ ASİSTANLIĞI MÜFREDATINDAKİ DEĞİŞİMLERİN YENİLİKLERİN YAYILIMI KAPSAMINDA DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

How important production is for businesses to survive, office work is just as important in terms of the follow-up of organizational work. The developments in production after the industrial revolution have made office activities one of the indispensable elements of organizations. With the curriculum offered within the scope of the Office Management and Executive Assistant Program, it is aimed that the students will be able to fulfill the responsibilities expected from office managers and executive assistants in today's business life. Eskişehir Vocational High School started education on October 8, 1990, with the decision of the Senate on 24.09.1990 and numbered 10/1. Secretariat Education, which has a 32-year history is believed to be able to reflect, a changing and developing profile within the framework of internal and external stakeholders, the sector and academia, and exhibit its diffusion processes over time. Within the scope of the program, a fundamental curriculum arrangement was made on average every 5 years from the first year, and the last arrangement was made in 2022. The courses and their contents have been updated and determined within the framework as a result of the educational purpose, needs analysis, external stakeholder view, opinions of students and graduates, and examination of other Office Management and Executive Assistant Programs at home and abroad. In this study, it is aimed to announce the content and change of the new curriculum implemented in the 2022 academic year by reflecting the historical change in the curriculum of the Eskişehir Vocational High School Office Management and Executive Assistant Program to existing and potential stakeholders (students, graduates, employers, academia).
