Sağlık Sektöründe Stratejik Satınalma Yönetimine ilişkin Bir Lireratür Taraması

Abstract
In the globalizing world, it has been observed in the studies that the importance of strategic purchasing management is increasing day by day with the internationalization of the competition between the enterprises in the health sector and the desire to adapt to the rapidly changing world. In this context, the study aims to examine the articles published in the international field between 2010-2022 on strategic purchasing management in the health sector and to obtain theoretical inferences. The 15 most recent studies between the years 2010-2022 were included in the review. As a result of the study, the structure and management of the provider organizations, which are important for determining the real needs of the society and managing the right medical demand within the framework of the strategic purchasing method, were emphasized in the studies. The importance of developing more collaborative and long-term relationships with suppliers has been understood. It has been determined that the strategic purchasing policies implemented by the enterprises provide superiority in terms of competitiveness and supply process as well as cost advantage. At the same time, it has been determined that the awareness level of policy makers regarding the establishment of infrastructure in the health sector should be increased so that they can reach the full potential of strategic procurement in health systems.
