Business plan for a medical center

Abstract
This research aims to characterize a Medical Center as a management strategy that allows the subsequent design of a business plan, dedicated to offering medical services, thus taking care of the health of the population, with the purpose of providing quality services through a welcoming and safe environment for the satisfaction of the community. To achieve this, it was proposed to approach it through field research, with the sample being 218 clients of Medical Centers, the data collection technique was the survey and descriptive statistics was the information analysis technique. The results showed that women (60%) aged between 40 and 49 years 34%) were the most sensitive to using health services, stating in 38% that they were not satisfied with the service received in the Medical Centers with a 35% probability of not recommending the service to their friends. Conclusion: characteristics such as: good service, adequate physical spaces, use of digital marketing and the expansion of specialties should be considered when proposing the design of a business plan
