CALCULATION WITH THE PARTICIPANT WHICH EXIT FROM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Abstract
The problem of determining the value of the share of property of a limited liability company is considered, which must be paid to the participant, which leaves the company. The procedure for payment of funds has been clarified. The decisions of the economic courts of Ukraine on this issue are analyzed, the main reasons for the emergence of disputes. It is established that the main problem of disputes are ambig-uous and unequal procedures and procedures for calculating the value of the share of the participant's property at the time of withdrawal from the company. Proposed changes in the current legislation of Ukraine, which will reduce the number of dis-putes about the conduct of settlements with a participant dropping out from a limited liability company.
