CAPITAL COST ESTIMATE IN DETERMINING THE VALUE OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In the article, there are considered problems of the estimate of capital cost in the process of determining the value of enterprises. There are researched capital cost and methods of its estimation. It is described the economic essence of the cost of capital in the context of determining capital costs. There are given reasons for the use of the average weighted cost of capital while estimating the cost of enterprise total capital. There are defined the most acceptable options of calculations of total capital and its components when estimating costs for capital.
