Capitalization in the financial stability and competitiveness of the enterprises

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to determine the impact of the capitalization of financial stability and competitiveness and develop proposals to improve the capitalization of economic entities in modern challenges. For realization of tasks in the article used the following methods and techniques: monographic; methods of economic analysis; abstract; settlement and constructive; analysis and synthesis; Comparative and others. The approach to the formation of the principles of efficiency growth strategy capitalization company, which is one of the economic indicators of the effect maximizes or minimizes the overall result, and the other components it imposes certain restrictions. The practical significance of the study. Article reasonably basic principles of efficiency strategies capitalization growth companies. The main methodological position paper can be used in enterprises that will increase the capitalization and financial stability.
