Caracterizarea stării şi evoluţiei economiei României din anii 2000-2010. Principalii indicatori statistici utilizaţi

Abstract
Procesul de creştere economică reprezintă, aşa cum este cunoscut, motorul fundamental de ridicare a standardului de viaţă. Importanţa creşterii economice în economia de piaţă este relevată de asocierea unui proces de compatibilizare a forţei economice a unui stat cu creşterea bogaţiei şi bunăstării. Ca urmare a complexităţii conceptului de creştere economică, exprimarea acestuia se poate face printr-un sistem de indicatori care să permită o evaluare cât mai corectă, o analiză a modului de evoluţie. Rezultatele creşterii economice pot fi măsurate printr-o serie de indicatori sintetici cuprinzând: produsul intern brut (PIB) şi produsul naţional brut (PNB).
