Career in education – crisis situation?!

Abstract
The teacher is the result of a type of professional and educational formation, with characteristics that mark the pedagogical activity. The experience achieved during invertigations proves that there is an insufficient preparation of students for rhe teacher profession. And if the analysis comprises also the professors, the alarming conclusion lead to the idea that such profession are in their way of being dissolved - not nessarily because of the lack of appreciation at govering level, but mostly because of the policies adopted by ones with power of decision in the educetion system.
