The major objective of HRM is to achieve the success of organization through creation of motivated and competent workforce. Human Resource Management stands on the foundation of several different practices such as recruitment and selection, analyzing and designing of jobs, training and development of employees, performance appraisal, career guidance as well as planning, compensation system and participation of employees in various activities.
