Central, local authorities of the Karabakh khanate

Abstract
The period of existence of the Azerbaijani khanates is both contradictory and complex, and one of the glorious and honorable pages of the very ancient history of our country. So, in occasion of that historical period, new archival materials have been received; clarity has been made in some questions previously hidden from the darkness. I found my true, scientific confirmation of a number of historical facts, which during the period of the existence of the USSR were deliberately distorted and falsified. Once again, it becomes clear that in the history of the Azerbaijanian state, the period of khanates occupies a peculiar place.
