Certain aspects of the admissibility of electronic evidences in the civil procedural legislation of Ukraine

Abstract
The article studies some aspects of the admissibility of electronic evidences in the civil procedural legislation of Ukraine, the possibilities of ensuring the admissibility of electronic evidence for the purpose of their practical use in civil casesare analyzed. The article examines the use of digital signatures and electronic digital signatures as criteria for the admissi- bility of electronic documents, explores ways of ensuring the admissibility of electronic evidence placed on the In- ternet, as well as the use of electronic evidence obtained through social networks. Particular attention is paid to the law enforcement prac- tice of national courts, which not only reflects the practicali- ty of certain rules for the use of electronic evidence, but also contributes to the formation of independent criteria for the admissibility of electronic evidence in civil proceedings.
