CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES AND ECONOMIC ESSENCE OF HOTEL SERVICES

Abstract
The publication is addressed to the essential features for conceptual framework problems of hotel business as a form of services. The scientific approaches to the essence of the term «hotel services» are researched and exposed. The definition of «service» and «hotel services» has been proposed. The authoring model of hospitality, which takes into account the economic component of organizational and social relations, is formed.
