Classification criteria for the differentiation of bodies who are participated in the organization of current public funds: legal aspects

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the problem of distinguishing classification criteria for the differentiation of bodies involved in the organization of public funds circulation. The article determines that the basis of the structure of the system of state bodies should be linked primarily with certain types of public activities, which corresponds to the direction in the implementation of public tasks. It is proved that such a criterion is fundamental in the functional separation of state bodies. It was established that the forms of organization of the activity of state bodies in the field of management of the movement of public money funds suggest several grounds for classification: 1) participation in the process of state activity; 2) participation in the implementation of the functions of state power; 3) participation due to the object of regulation.
