Reasons and conditions for obstructing the lawful professional activity of journalists in Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the contemporary reasons and conditions impeding the legitimate professional activities of journalists in Ukraine. Substantiates the position that journalists should be aware that their main purpose – is to inform the public about the activities of state and local authorities. It is proved that the obstruction of the lawful professional activities of journalists in Ukraine increased public danger, and therefore require appropriate action on the part of the State’s response and its institutions, in particular, law enforcement agencies and the courts.
