Classification of crimes depending on the completeness of the crime of committing

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the classification of the crimes depending on the completeness of committing the subject of the crime. The positions expressed in the criminal-legal doctrine concerning the ratio of stages (committing) of a crime and types of crime (completed and incomplete) are analyzed. The positions on the classification of the crimes by species depending on the stages of the crime, the legally significant moment of the completion of the crime, the degree of the commission of the criminal intent, as well as the classification of the pending crime, etc., have been researched. The author’s classification of the crimes is proposed depending on the completeness of the subject of the crime, including depending on whether the objective part of the crime has begun and, depending on the degree of fulfillment of the objective side of the crime, by the plan of the subject of the crime.
