Classification of legal relations in the sphere of treating the property of collective agricultural enterprises

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of systematization of legal relations in the sphere of property rights of collective agricultural enterprises. On the basis of the analysis of different approaches to the classification of agricultural legal relations, the author distinguishes and explores the types of legal relationships in the sphere of treating the property of collective agricultural enterprises.
