Classifications, properties and wide applications of nanomaterials

Journal Title: Indian Journal of Research in Pharmacy and Biotechnology - Year 2016, Vol 4, Issue 6

Abstract

Nanotechnology has been developed for many years which it was not a new topic in science and was not a new technology. It is a part of science which has been developed a tremendous application for the remediation of environmental pollutants to an extension of sciences. Generally, the word nanotechnology is meant of creating new materials by using small particles. In this technology, materials are re-engineered at controlled atomic levels. We can easily manipulate the matters at very micro levels to create new products which are sincerely affects the material properties. Here properties mean the strength of material, durability of a matter etc. which are badly affected at 10-9m i.e. nanometre scale. Due to its simplicity, clean and fast results, many chemists are eagerly preferring this nano techniques to produce different types of organic molecules. The present paper is about to give a detail awareness regarding to nanotechnology importance, preparation of nanomaterials, different types of nanomaterials and their significant properties. We hereby discussed about the tremendous nanomaterial applications in various departments.
