CLINICAL DEFINITION OF RISK FACTORS FOR COMPLICATION DEVELOPMENT AT PROSTHETICS WITH PARTIAL INTERCHANGABLE LAMINAR PROSTHESES

Abstract
Efficiency assessment for using partial interchangeable laminar prostheses was conducted for patients with generalized parodontitis, as well as risk factors for complication development was defined at 93 patients with chronic generalized parodontitis of various complexity level and having partial tooth row defects in oral cavity, replaced with partial interchangeable prostheses. It was defined that incorrect selection of tooth prostheses for replacing tooth row defects at generalized parodontitis with various complexity levels, irrational prosthetics without inclusion of functional parodontitis level, value and topography of tooth row defects causes impairment of clinical image, enhances pathological changes and promotes early tooth loss with necessary replacement of tooth prosthesis into new one.
