Co-operative Management Report: before, during and after a crisis

Abstract
In line with the presented main goal and its respective aims, the report describes the managementof co-operatives and also the organizational frames as well as the legal and formal regulationsof co-operatives. The report presents the essence of activities in co-operatives, which isa form of organization that is based on employee shares. In this report you find the followingdescribed step by step: the organizational level of co-operatives just before a crisis situation appears;the external and internal factors that undoubtedly influence crisis situations; a summaryshowing the contemporary organizational level as a result of all the changes as well as externaland internal factors that still influence the activity and management of the organization.
