COACHING – AS MODERN TECHNOLOGY OF IMPROVEMENT OF EFFICIENCY PROCESS OF EDUCATING

Abstract
The article discusses the concept of "coaching", traced the milestones in his development as interactive technologies in education, thus contributing to the internal potential of personality in the process of interaction with the teacher. Investigated its essence, purpose, objectives and basic principles such as the principle of awareness and responsibility, unity and cooperation, flexibility, partnership, hierarchy development. The possibilities of introducing coaching into the learning process. Defines the basic conditions of interaction of the teacher and the pupil in the style of "coaching" and especially their pedagogical communication. Characterized by the concept of "coaching" and "mentoring". The disclosed algorithm of coaching, which involves a partnership, a disclosure of the potential result. There are several types of coaching (individual, group, team, career, corporate, business coaching, life coaching, coaching conflicts, etc.) and a dedicated motivational-valuable, cognitive, operational-active and reflective components. The feature of technology application of coaching in high school in the process of teaching in practical lessons and seminars, to perform scientific research tasks, course and diploma works to encourage independent cognitive search, decision making, development of responsibility, confidence in their own ability.
