CODIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENT LEGISLATION: THE WORLD’S EXPERIENCE AND UKRAINIAN PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
This article is devoted to the investigation of the environmental legislation of Ukraine from the perspective of its systematization. In brief, there was analyzed the modern state of regulatory legal framework of Ukraine in the sphere of the regulation of environmental area. There was made an investigation of available offers in scientific literature concerning the formation of the Environmental Code of Ukraine including the practice of the foreign countries, where corresponding statutory acts successfully function. Moreover, the practice and experience of a number of countries was juxtaposed, where codifying statutes do exist and which make use only of some particular statutory acts. On the basis of the investigations done there was expressed personal standpoint concerning the possibility of systematization of environmental legislation into a single statutory act.
