COMBATING INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM: AXIOLOGICALY LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article investigates the direction of the organization of counter-terrorism on the basis of axiological approach. It is proved that when determining the prevention of terrorism is the protection of universal human values. The article deals with the author’s interpretation of the model, creating anti-terrorism strategy.
