Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical grounds for determining the legal nature of the concepts of commercial procedural deadlines for adjournment of the consideration of an commercial matter and for a break in the consideration of an commercial matter. It also emphasizes the need for legislative delimitation of the concepts of commercial procedural deadlines for postponing the consideration of the business case and for a break in the consideration of the business case, since this will create the optimal regime for the administration of justice.
