«MARGIN OF APPRECIATION» CONCEPT AND MARGINS OF NATIONAL DISCRETION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the «margin of appreciation» concept and margins of national discretion, especially with regard to the High Contracting Parties to the 1950 European Convention on Human Rights, as this concept is most often used in the practice of the European Court of Human Rights.
