CRIMINAL LAW DEFENSE OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACCORDING TO THE “RUSSIAN TRUTH”

Abstract
The article is devoted to carrying out historical and legal analysis of criminal liability for infringement of local authorities according to the Russian Truth. Characteristics are implemented, and particular features of criminal law are identified which criminalize attacks on the local governments. Attention is drawn to show the class essence of ancient rights and monarchical form of governing in criminal law.
