Committing a crime in the situation of publicity

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of committing a crime in the situation of publicity. The concept of the situation of committing a crime as a sign of objective side of the crime is characterized; as well an attempt to formulate a definition of publicity was made. The forms of publicity, as well its influence on the social danger of the committed act are analyzed. The lower and upper quantitative limits of publicity are analyzed.
