Communicative competence as reflection of informative culture in structure of management

Abstract
In the article the results of research of communicative competence of different categories of personnel are presented in a productive sphere. The model worked out by an author takes into account multidimensionalness of personality, that shows up in combination of individually-typology properties with personality parameters and professional. Undertaken studies allow to assert that in labor activity these parameters are indissolubly constrained inter se and render direct influence both on efficiency of communicative process and on efficiency of production on the whole.
