Community participation in the development of the sustainable and responsible urban tourism in cities Patrimony of the Humanity in Cuba

Abstract
The intention of this work is to base a management of the patrimony cultural chord with the natural and cultural resources, as future guarantee and in this sense to value the physical, social and tourist space, where the community participation is indispensable for its continuity in the time. For it, the methods of the analytic-synthetic and historical logical theoretical level are used, as well as the system focus where it is considered to the population like the key for the development of the urban sustainable and responsible tourism in cities Patrimony of the Humanity. It is also demonstrated by means of the reinterpretation of the structure of the city, the necessity to propitiate the community contact and the population's participation in social and cultural projects of environmental intervention and requalification of the urban image, where the national identity is negotiated.
