Community strategies for the Algerian private economic institution - With reference to Condor-

Abstract
Maximizing positive social participation for an economic enterprise can only be achieved through a clear societal strategy in its objectives. Substantial strategies that focus on leadership, which materialize in practices at all levels, and which are not just a reaction process. However, investigating the Algerian company's societal strategy would have been an insurmountable task, had it not been for Condor (the subject of this study) to have benefited from a project to implement the standard of social responsibility. , and falling under the MENA program. In addition, determining the nature of this strategy requires an accurate diagnosis of all the business areas of the company subject to the central issues of ISO 26000. And this is precisely the purpose of this article.
