COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF SURGICAL RESULT IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH PERTROCHANTERIC AND INTERTROCHANTERIC FEMORAL FRACTURES

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to conduct the comparative statistical analysis of late surgical treatment outcomes of femoral fractures in trochanteric segment. It has been established that the total average mark under Harris Hip Score of control group patients after osteometallosynthesis with extra- and internal fixation devices is significantly lower (p<0,05) than patients from endoprosthesis replacement experiment group.
