ИННОВАЦИОННЫЕ МЕТОДЫ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ БИОМЕХАНИКИ В АЦИКЛИЧЕСКИХ ВИДАХ СПОРТА

Abstract

Perfection ways of biomechanics study, learning of modern computer technologies to conduct lab work as well as carrying out analysis of physical exercise technique. As a result of research and developed methodology, we were able in a fairly short period of time to build a computed video sequence diagram hopping technique in a running length for the analysis of spatial, temporal and spatio-temporal characteristics that efficiently analyze the jump technique. The application of these methods of using computer technology makes it possible to increase the efficiency of biomechanical system-structural analysis of exercise techniques. Mastering students in studying the discipline of biomechanics by the method of constructing computer video-cyclograms promotes better assimilation of the studied material and its application in practical activity. The use of computer programs Microsoft Office Excel, Corel Draw, Virtual Dub, Protraktor-4 allows to conduct biomechanical analysis of the technique of physical exercises at the modern level.
