COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF TERMINATION OF FARMING ACTIVITIES UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE AND MOLDOVA

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical study of the comparative analysis of the grounds for termination of farming activities in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova. The concept of farming is revealed. The legislative acts regulating farming activities are considered. The author made a comparative analysis of individuals who have the right to establish farms in Ukraine and Moldova. Common features and differences in the legal regulation of the termination of the activities of farms and peasant farms in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova are described. It is proved that the Ukrainian legislation regulating the termination of farming activities has unresolved issues in the field of regulating the bankruptcy of farms. The ways to improve the legislation regulating the right to stop farming activities are investigated.
