COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ECONOMIC MENTALITY OF UKRAINIAN AND ROMAN COMMUNITY IN THE CONTEXT OF POLYETHNIC COLLECTIVES MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article highlights peculiarities of the values and ideology of the Ukrainian and Roma peoples, as well as their comparative characteristics. The authors focus on the concept of economic mentality in the context of the treatment of Ukrainian and foreign scholars. The archetypes of Ukrainians and Roma are analysed and the model of management of Roma-employees in the organization is proposed. The authors also propose a list of measures by the state and society to reduce discrimination of national minorities in Ukraine.
