Comparative comparison of the effectiveness of the mechanisms of implementation of state customs policy of Ukraine and the EU

Abstract
The peculiarities of the customs legislation of the European Union in the context of customs business state management and the foreign experience implementation possibility for improvement of the State customs service of Ukraine. The conclusion is fundamental to European integration the importance of the customs law of the EU given the economic nature of the Union of States.
