Comparative Study of Minority Rights in Iran and International Law

Abstract

Observing Minority rights and do not discriminate against them is the issue that is considered and discussed in human rights organizations that consider Arrangements to rights of minorities and prepare peaceful coexistence of various ethnic groups and Sometimes the world, especially in the last decade has witnessed an aggressive, violent and destructive actions of different groups or actions of majority groups to cleansing minority groups. The currently study is entitled "Comparative Study of Minority Rights in Iran and International Law", using descriptive and comparative approach analyze the study of minority rights. The results of this study shows that, although in recent decades, the world has witnessed an aggressive and Violent ethnic cleansing of minority groups but Arrangements to respect to the rights of minorities and ensuring peaceful co existence of various ethnic groups are also considered. In relation to minority rights, religious and national authorities and officials did basic works in recent years to better live of our fellow citizens of other faiths and religions that one of the main states of them is the Supreme Leader's Judgment about equality of blood money of religious minorities and Muslim, which in itself is something worth considering.
