Comparing the Degree of Client's Satisfaction to the Performance of Branches and Agencies of Social Security

Abstract

Social security organization as the biggest insurance organization in Iran is the only full suppler of social support and attracting clients' satisfaction is the secret of permanency and fundamental elements of the organization. Therefore the organization by surrendering parts of its duties to private sector titled as agency, tries to satisfy clients a lot. This research with the aim of considering the most important variables of satisfaction such as: easiness, speed, quality of accountability, client respect and discipline and personal adornment and working environment measure the clients' satisfaction in social security organization of Guilan and agencies and compare them together. The method of the research was descriptive and applied one.Statistical society were those who referred to two units, the attained result were collected by the opinions of a lot of clients as the random statistical sample , tools of testing questioner was Likert spectrum and applied statistical method was binominal t- test and for data analysis the SPSS software has been used. After testing hypothesis it was recognized that there is a meaning full difference between the degree of clients satisfaction from the dimension of understudying variables in branches and agencies, but agencies have better performance than branches in all understudying dimension.
