Comparison of Infertility Causes Structure in Men and Women in Tashkent and Andijan Regions of Republic of Uzbekistan According to Screening Data

Abstract
The structure of the causes of infertility has been studied in 100 couples (200 people) with infertility in Tashkent and Tashkent region (50 families in each). It is found that among surveyed women in the genesis of infertility principal place takes hormonal dysfunction, as well as inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system (diffuse goiter with subclinical hypothyroidism, ovarian failure with menstrual disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperandrogenism, luteal phase deficiency, impaired folliculogenesis, TORCH infections). Among surveyed men in the genesis of infertility principal place takes hormonal dysfunction (androgen deficiency associated with excess body weight, impaired spermatogenesis, hypergonadotrophic and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism).
