Competences of professional and pedagogical mobility of a future teacher in the conditions of master degree

Abstract
Professional mobility has always been a moving force of mankind. Societies, where professional people are encouraged, develop more dynamically and successfully. The article is devoted to the issues related to the professional and pedagogical mobility of a future teacher who is studying at the second (master’s) level of higher education, which determines the success of his/her further professional activities. The content of competencies (components) that make up vocational and pedagogical mobility are defined: pedagogical, professional, project and psychological (activity component of vocational and pedagogical mobility); motivational, reflexive, adaptive and creative (personal component of vocational and pedagogical mobility). Further research will be devoted to the didactic principles of modeling the process of vocational and pedagogical mobility formation.
